Police step up staffing, enforcement on Oahu to usher in 2023

Honolulu police areincreasing staffing on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day andencouraging partygoers to drive sober, abide by fireworks laws and not park on the side of the freeway to watch pyrotechnics.
