Man negotiating plea deals in 2 cases

A man indicted on a charge of second-degreeattempted murder in the 2024 drive-by shooting of a 16-year-old boy inside a city bus, and the 2023 sexual assault and kidnapping of a 12-year-old child, is scheduled Dec. 30 to possibly change his not-guilty pleas.
