Man charged with killing guard in Kaneohe rejects arraignment

Accused killer WilliamMichael Bell refused Thursday for the fourth time to come out of his cell at the Oahu Community Correctional Center to participate in a scheduled arraignment by videoconferencing witha Circuit Court judge.
