Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke, 4 others charged in bribery conspiracy

Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke and four others were indicted by an Oahu grand jury Friday in an alleged, wide-ranging bribery conspiracy to secure state money for COVID-19 testing during the pandemic.
