Kokua Line: Why not use real voice on phone greeting?

Question: A news story about theFBI hack said the agency is telling employees to use AI-generated voices on their voicemail. Why is that? Should weall be doing that? I have never worked for the FBI and I like having a funny personal greeting on my phone.
