Kokua Line: Who will remove abandoned shopping carts?

Question: There’s a grocery cart from a retailer (Sam’s Club) abandoned on my street in Waikiki. The wheels are locked. I have tried to contact customer service several times to inquire about someone to contact for pickup, but there is no response. There is another one across the street at a bus stop. Is there a number I can call to get these carts off the street?
