Kokua Line: Who clears downed tree causing power outage?

Question: More people need to know that if their power goes out because their tree falls and takes out the power lines, they are responsible for getting the tree removed before Hawaiian Electric will come out and restore power. If more people knew this, they might trim their trees before hurricane season!
