Kokua Line: When will Generac unlock our solar power batteries?

Question: Auwe! We are having to pay hundreds of dollars for electricity because Generac disabled our battery backup storage for our rooftop solar. This was done remotely. We received a message with little explanation of why this was done and no estimate for when our batteries will be unlocked. Very frustrating, especially during hurricane season.
