Kokua Line: When is Worm Ohana harvest party?

Question: Regarding the column about maggots in the green waste bins (808ne.ws/459xtyW), we have the same problem. There are so many flies in the neighborhood, way more than before the city started this program. There’s got to be a better way to reduce/reuse food waste!
