Kokua Line: Can I visit kupuna at a nursing home?

Question: Since most kupuna and care home staff have been vaccinated, when will the families of residents be able to visit them in person again? Of course, all of us visitors have been vaccinated, and are willing to submit proof and take any screenings (i.e., temperatures, surveys, etc.), as requested by the care home operator. Our family member must feel imprisoned for nearly two years since these COVID-19 restrictions were imposed. While we are thankful our family member is safe and well-cared
