Kokua Line: Can HECO fix flickering lights?

Question: When is Hawaiian Electric going to get a handle on whatever is causing the lights to flicker in Hawaii Kai? I know I’m not the only one with this problem and yet it persists and most times when it happens it knocks my Wi-Fi and printer offline. When will this be fixed?
