Hilo man, 30, charged with murder in fatal stabbing of 81-year-old woman

Hawaii island police today charged Keone Peter Tosie Brown, 30, of Hilo with second-degree murder and first-degree terroristic threatening Sunday for allegedly stabbing his 81-year-old neighbor to death Saturday morning.
