Hawaii Supreme Court rules Tommy Waters ineligible to run for 3rd term

The Hawaii Supreme Court Friday ruled Honolulu City Council Chair Tommy Waters ineligible to seek a third consecutive term on the Council, resolving two legal cases challenging the outcome of the Aug. 8 primary election for the East Honolulu seat.
