Hawaii delegation defends minority-serving programs

Hawaii’s four-member congressional delegation condemned a new opinion by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel questioning the constitutionality of Native Hawaiian and other minority-serving institution programs, saying they will fight to preserve them.
