Gov. Josh Green’s budget reflects federal culling

Gov. Josh Green hasproposed a $10.8 billion state budget that would help the state respond to on-going cuts in federal funding for Hawaii while continuing to focus on affordable housing, climate infrastructure, healthcare and education.
