Delegation urges Trump to OK disaster declarations

Hawaii’s congressional delegation is urging President Donald Trump to quickly approve Gov. Josh Green’s requests for federal disaster declarations following Hurricanes Lowell and Lala, saying the back-to-back storms and other recent disasters have exceeded the capacity of state and county governments.
