City proposes working group to study e-bikes

Concerns raised by public and local officials overincidents of dangerousor unlawful operation of fast-moving electric bicycles on Oahu’s public roadways, sidewalks and open spaces have prompted the city Department of Transportation Services to review the e-bike issue.
