Audit faults Honolulu’s use of $386M in COVID-19 relief funds

The City and County of Honolulu’s use of more than $386 million in federal COVID-19 relief funding failed to deliver the broader community and economic recovery benefits originally envisioned, an Office of the City Auditor report determined.
