West Venetian Bridge will reopen Monday

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Miami's Venetian Causeway will finally reopen after a $12.4 million upgrade. The bridge closed in July of 2015 and sealed off direct access from the mainland to the Venetian Islands and Miami Beach.
