U.S. hits Cuba, Raul Castro's grandson with new sanctions as island's crises multiply

Among those hit with sanctions are Fidel Ernesto Castro, grandson of former President Raúl Castro, and Cuba’s Oil Industry Supply Import Company, known as Abapet.
