Donald Trump looks to lock his grip on the Republican presidential nomination Tuesday in a series of high-stakes primary contests, none bigger than elections in Florida and Ohio that could force Marco Rubio and John Kasich out of the 2016 race altogether and give the GOP front-runner an insurmountable delegate lead.
