Small plane makes emergency landing on field in Miramar

A small plane made an emergency landing Thursday on a field in Miramar.Sky 10 was above the plane, which skidded to a stop in the grass near Flamingo Road and Miramar Parkway.Police were at the scene speaking with a man who appeared to be the pilot. There did not appear to be any injuries.Federal Aviation Administration records show that the 1973 Piper Arrow is registered to O'Brien Aviation in Port Orange.It appears that a few passengers were on board the plane, although authorities did not imm
