Residents grab sandbags as Erika approaches

The cities of Hollywood and Hallandale Beach want their residents to be prepared for the possible arrival of Tropical Storm Erika by giving out sandbags. Meanwhile, maintenance crews are clearing drains to handle the anticipated flood of water.
