Report: Teresa Sarnoff concedes election for Miami commissioner

Teresa Sarnoff, a candidate for the City of Miami's District 2 commission seat, has pulled out of the race prior to facing opponent Ken Russell in a runoff election, the Miami Herald reported Thursday.
