Police give "all clear" after evacuation at Florida Navy center

The Palm Beach Sheriff's Office Bomb and Arson unit has declared a Florida Navy installation to be safe after investigating a pair of backpacks carried by a person who had been described as acting suspiciously, Thursday afternoon.
