Officials seize $2.8M in fuel destined for Cuba in ‘sanctions-evasion scheme'

Officials said they intercepted 90 shipments of biodiesel-blended middle distillate bound for a "sanctioned Cuban entity" as part of a scheme to evade sanctions.
