Nery Carvajal-Gonzalez arrested in botched penis-injection case

A woman accused of disfiguring a man's penis with injectables to make it bigger was arrested Monday in Miami-Dade County. Nery Carvajal-Gonzalez, 48, faces one count of unlicensed practice of health care causing serious injury and two counts of practicing medicine without a license.
