Michael Szafranski awaits sentencing

U.S. District Judge William Dimitrouleas was set to sentence Michael Szafranski Monday afternoon in Fort Lauderdale for his role Scott Rothstein's $1.4 billion Ponzi scheme.Szafranski, Rothstein's advisor, recruited investors from his synagogue, The Young Israel Congregation, in Bal Harbour.
