Miami-Dade Bomb Squad: Area near Biscayne Elementary safe

Miami Beach Police have given the all clear after they called Miami-Dade Bomb Squad to investigate a book bag that was found unattended near a fence at Biscayne Elementary School, Thursday afternoon.
