Man walking dog struck by hit-and-run driver in Little Havana

A man who was walking his dog was critically injured when struck by a hit-and-run driver Saturday night in Little Havana.It happened just before 10 p.m. Saturday as the man crossed Northwest 12th Avenue.When the man crossed the street, he was hit by an SUV, which knocked him a great distance and ultimately wedged his body underneath a parked white car.The SUV was allegedly speeding while traveling south on Northwest 12th Avenue.Witnesses said the driver of the SUV got out, looked at the victim,
