Man shot to death in North Miami Beach

A man was shot and killed in Saturday night in North Miami Beach.North Miami Beach police were called to reports of a shooting in the 1500 block of Northeast 151st Terrace about 8:45 p.m."Upon arrival, the officers began searching the area and found a black male lying in the middle of the road," Capt.
