Jury selection begins in Derek Medina murder trial

A jury is being chosen in the murder trial of a Miami man whose attorney claims that he shot his wife in self-defense before posting a photo of her corpse on Facebook.Jury selection was scheduled to begin Tuesday for Derek Medina, 33, in the August 2013 killing of Jennifer Alfonso.
