Fatal hit-and-run under investigation on Quail Roost Drive

Quail Roost Drive has reopened in southwest Miami-Dade following a fatal hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian. The Florida Highway Patrol confirms a person was struck by a car and killed near Southwest 149th Avenue and that the driver left the scene.
