A driver who crashed his minivan into a Middle Eastern restaurant in Plantation Monday will not be charged, police said.Investigators believe Nagmeldin Mohamed Abdalla, 53,of Lauderhill suffered from some kind of medical issue when he plowed into the restaurant in a shopping plaza at 1818 N.University Drive.Authorities said Abdalla is a regular customer at the restaurant and possibly blacked out before the crash.According to Plantation Fire Rescue spokesman Joel Gordon, two people were taken to
