Debra Kincy arrested in neighbor's stabbing death

A South Florida woman accused of stabbing her neighbor to death arrived later at a pawn shop in blood-stained clothing, deputies said.Debra Kincy, 63, came to the pawn shop to sell rings that belonged to her neighbor, Charlotte Nicholas, who was stabbed more than 70 times, Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Gina Carter said.After selling the rings Oct. 20, Kincy called 911 to report Nicholas' death, Carter said."I went in and said, 'Charlotte, Charlotte,' and I didn't hear anything, and I walk
