CSU predicts 12 named storms, 2 major hurricanes in 2016 Atlantic hurricane season

COLORADO (WSVN) -- Colorado State University is predicting a "near average" hurricane season for the Atlantic in 2016. Forecasters at the university predict 12 named storms, with five of them expected to progress to a hurricane. They also predict at least two major hurricanes.
