Bartender wins $1 million with $20 bill he found on ground

Finding a $20 bill on the street has to be thrilling enough. But a Bay Area bartender might just be one of the luckiest people around. According to the California Lottery, Hubert Tang used a $20 bill he found on the street outside San Francisco International Airport last week to buy two $1 million Jackpot! Scratchers tickets at a shop in San Mateo County. He won the top prize of $1 million.
