After TS Erika, local residents prepare for flooding

Though South Florida residents woke to find much of the area out of the "cone of concern" of Tropical Storm Erika before the National Hurricane Center announced that the storm fell apart entirely, rain from the remnants of the storm is expected to bring several inches of rain to South Florida.
