2 men accused of burglarizing 2 Weston elementary schools

Two young men are facing charges after stealing electronics from two elementary schools in Weston, deputies said.The burglaries were reported Tuesday at Indian Trace Elementary School and Eagle Point Elementary School.Preston Borges, 18, who is the son of a South Florida police officer, and Santiago Rendon, 18, were arrested on burglary and grand theft charges.Neither suspect has a previous criminal record and both were honor students in high school.
