UC Merced mourns student killed in hit-and-run crash while cycling

Authorities say 22-year-old UC Merced student Brian Chuc's bicycle was hit from behind by 64-year-old Michael Harris' vehicle. Harris is the lead pastor at Santa Paula Freewill Church in Ventura County, according to the church's website.
