TRMC anesthesiologist says group dissolving due to decrease of surgeries

Dr. Anthony Vierra has been an anesthesiologist at Tulare Regional Medical Center for about nine years. He currently runs a group called Tulare Anesthesia Associates, which contracts with the hospital.
