The greatest generation sets an example on hope and community service

Richard A. Johanson's lifetime of service to his community includes a stint on the Fresno Unified School District board. He shared a light moment with his wife, Althea, center, and then-Assemblywoman Sarah Reyes after he was sworn onto the board in 2002.
