The Board Room for Aug. 29

Sierra Bancorp, the holding company of Bank of the Sierra, announced that its Board of Directors expanded the number of authorized directors to 10 and approved the appointment of three new board members effective Sept. 15. The newly-appointed directors, Robb Evans , Vonn R. Christenson and Laurence S. Dutto , were also appointed as directors of Bank of the Sierra by the bank's board.
