Raiders, QB Derek Carr agree to monster contract

Former Fresno State Bulldog and Raiders quarterback Derek Carr tweeted Thursday that he has finalized an extension with the Oakland Raiders that sources tell ESPN's Adam Schefter is expected to pay him about $25 million per season.
