Monterey County SPCA helps pet owners displaced by fire

SPCA for Monterey County has stepped up to provide evacuees and their pets with some comfort from the Soberanes fire. SPCA is collecting pet food and monetary donations at Carmel Middle School to provide for local pet owners driven out of their homes by the fire.
