Meth, Molotov cocktails found after suspect flees Visalia PD

Bobby Castaneda, 50, was arrested on Wednesday after Visalia Police say they found a half pound of Methamphetamine, a scale, a replica gun, and four Molotov cocktails after the suspect ran from officers.
