Marijuana Now On Sale for Recreational Use in Oregon

Oregon marijuana stores are now selling to recreational users.Some of the dispensaries already selling medicinal pot opened their doors right after it became legal to do so.That was at midnight Thursday.Store owners say they're hoping to avoid the weed shortages and price hikes that Washington and Colorado saw when it became legal in those states last year.Under Oregon law, marijuana purchases will be tax-free until January.
