Man's e-cigarette explodes in his pocket on bus

A man sustained minor burns on his thigh and hand after an e-cigarette exploded in his pocket while on the bus. FRESNO, CA A city bus driver noticed that one of his passengers broke the rules by using an e-cigarette on the bus.
