Hung jury ends marathon murder trial; Fresno prosecutors to try again

A Fresno County judge declared a mistrial Tuesday after a jury said it was "hung on all counts" in a marathon murder trial of two men accused of killing a Fresno convenience store shopkeeper and seriously injuring a employee with a metal pipe.
