Help sought finding Fresno man

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding a developmentally challenged man who has been missing since Monday morning at 8 a.m. Sothy Taing is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and 150 pounds. He was last seen near West Barstow and North Maroa avenues.
